The total delivery time for your order consists of two parts:

Processing time: 3–7 business days (this includes order verification, quality checks, and packing)

Shipping time: 14–30 business days (standard transit time for US domestic delivery via our carriers)

Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

2. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions or public holidays

Carrier service disruptions, customs clearance (if applicable), or operational delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)

3. Shipping Rates & Zones (United States)

We offer shipping rates based on your order subtotal for all orders shipped within the United States:

Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping via our partner carriers. **Standard Delivery (Orders Under $50)**: Orders with a subtotal of less than $50.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All US orders are shipped via our trusted partner carriers, which may include but are not limited to:

China Post: For international transit and initial shipping from our warehouse.

USPS (United States Postal Service): For final-mile domestic delivery within the United States.

Other reliable third-party carriers as needed to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey through the assigned carrier(s). We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order at our discretion, based on destination, package size, and delivery timeline.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package status online.

For China Post tracking: You can use the provided tracking number on the official China Post website or your local postal service.

For USPS tracking: Once the package enters the US, it will be scanned and trackable via the USPS website.

For other third-party carriers: Tracking instructions will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to modify your address after checkout, contact us immediately at support@velorar.shop. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been dispatched to the carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@velorar.shop within 15 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you with the next steps, including replacement or refund eligibility.
